I'm normally cautious when I see all 5 star reviews but on this occasion, rest assured it's genuine. Masoud has been our go to engineer for boiler maintenance for the past 3 years and we have no intention of going elsewhere. He is professional, friendly and approachable. Takes his time and is very helpful. He sends text reminders and email confirmations every time. He takes the time to explain things well and has a good attitude toward all customers regardless of whether you are man/woman. I say that because unfortunately not many do! I would definitely recommend him for any boiler services or needs. I like that he was honest about issues as well and whether they needed immediate attention/keeping an eye on etc. I hope his business continues to flourish. Always a pleasure to deal with. I found Masoud through google and from all the great feedback I decided to give him a call as I was experiencing issues with my boiler. His positive feedback is definitely all well deserved. He is a very professional and genuine tradesman. Arrived on time, explained thoroughly what he thought the issues might be and began work. He replaced parts, tested his work, cleaned up and explained how to prevent further issues and gave good recommendations. He is very competitively priced and I can tell that he cares about being fair with customers. Unlike other people I have dealt with. Anyway needless to say he is my permanent boiler repair and service technician now. Highly recommended. ~ Mr C

I honestly couldn't recommend Masoud highly enough. We had a nightmare with our boiler recently as the pressure valve had stopped working and the whole system emptied. I called Masoud at about 19:30 and he made the time to come over the same day to fix it even though it meant working until quite late that night. He charged us an incredibly reasonable fee for the work and despite the unsociable hours didn't charge extra for coming out late (as I've had with other maintenance companies in the past). He talked through the entire process with me and was incredibly polite and friendly. This is a gem of a service and I will definitely be remaining as a long term customer with him in the future. ~ Jared M

Superb job, advice on how to proceed if there are any future failiures and comes with a very handy yearly reminder via text-excellent communication and a good price for my boiler service. Im using Massoud again this year. UPDATE 24.8.24-used Massoud again this year for the annual service on my Biasi boiler. Massoud turned up spot on arranged time, carried out thorough service, tidied up after himself and once again supplied advice and guidance on how to use the boiler. On conpletion of the job he immediately emailed me a very hand service record and invoice for my records for the service. Again, Ill be booking Massoud next year too! Cheers UPDATE 9.8.25-Used Massoud again this year...service spot on. Fast and efficient, advice, service record and invoice provided via handy email and work area cleaned up on completion of job. Boiler broke suddenly leaving us with no heating and hot water. Rang first day after Christmas and Masoud answered straight away. He advised he’ll come within few hours (he already had another job to do that day) and arrived as promised . He quickly identified a number of faults and advised it is all reparable. Went off to get the parts, came back and fixed everything quickly and effectively. He was extremely tidy, friendly and polite. He charged considerably less than I expected and promised he would be back if anything was to go wrong again. First class service - totally recommended . ~ iwona s

If I could give Masoud 10 stars I would. He was very prossesional and hard working and so helpful. He got our boiler going even though I initially was asking him to look to give us a quote for replacing it and his attitude was let's see what we can do first. We felt like he was not in it to rip us off like our experiences previously. He then came back to service our boiler and replace some parts and he was so thorough. We have had services done in the past and they did 10 % of the things Masoud did. I now think we received very shoddy work previously and could not recommend Masoud more. ~ Joanne M

Really happy with Masouds service, he dealt with my request promptly and was professional and efficient. Price was very good. Would definitely use this company in the future, 10/10 would recommend. Couldn't leave a new review but Masoud returned to fix a thermostat and do a small repair on my boiler. As always he was professional, efficient and fitted around my schedule. Just want to thank Masoud for his effort in trying to fix my boiler. He came out yesterday and today, spending so much time THOROUGHLY trying to get to the root of the problem. Unfortuneatly on this occassion he has not been able to get my boiler working, but its not for the want of trying. Replacing all parts that may have been the issue, but no luck. Not only has he spent time trying and even speaking to my dad on the phone who is an engineer with over 50 years experience.... it has stumped them both..... Spotted their van in a car park , went to get the telephone number as we have had no success with 2 previous engineers not turning up or calling back , Masoud was at the van gave me a card , I text him my details straight away and he rang 2 hours later , arrived at our house and corrected the fault caused by previous engineer , with great professionalism, was efficient , polite and really knows his way around a Boiler . Would recommend him to anyone who has a boiler problem or needs a service . Lovely man , reasonably priced and very good service all round . ~ steve n

I had a intermittent fault on my Worcester boiler which kept turning boiler off I got a guy from checkatrade who serviced it and put new part in it was still the same kept going off I got masoud out explained things to him he listened to me and was well clued up on boilers he got on with the job identified the problem repaired it which was great he explained everything to me which I liked showed me the part he replaced he was punctual had good knowledge good at his job and very reasonable price wise he will be my man if I ever have problems in the future much appreciated ~ kevin b

Masoud is a true professional and I would very much like to recommend him. Our boiler is showing its age now but he gave it a very thorough service and spent considerably longer on it than those before him ever had. He's a friendly, reliable, open and honest guy and clearly a very hard worker. Despite obviosuly being extremely busy, receiving a number of other calls whilst at our place - not surprised!! - he managed to slot us in and we were very grateful he did. Masoud did our annual boiler and unvented water tank service and I can’t recommend him enough. It was so easy to book with him, just a quick couple of messages over WhatsApp and the appointment was confirmed. He arrived when he said he would and was very friendly and helpful. He was thorough, showing me what he had done and giving me some advice. I greatly appreciated how thorough and efficient he was, as well as just being a very nice man. We had a boiler problem on a Saturday and found this company via a recommendation. We were extremely happy with the service - Masoud was fantastic, clearly very experienced, professional, friendly and trustworthy. He came out on the same day even though it was a Saturday and fixed our very old boiler using the right parts which he already had with him, which was a real bonus. Have had a huge problem with my central heating, it's been problematic for a long time and had numerous gas engineers try various things, all failed till today. Masoud came out same day I called after a recommendation from a friend. He sorted the problem very quickly and was very reasonable. Masoud is a good guy he fixed our boiler issue quickly and efficiently without the need to change the part as planned, saving us time and money. In this day and age I don't think many would have been so honest and would have changed the part regardless! He was also understanding when a misunderstanding occured due to my poor communication and got on with the job when many would have walked away at that point leaving us with no hot water or heating. This is my first experience of the company (although they were recommended by my son), and I’m very impressed with the service. My boiler stopped working, leaving me without heating and hot water, however, the engineer arrived just a couple of hours after I called. He was polite, efficient, and diagnosed & repaired the issue within 30 minutes. He had the necessary parts on his van which made such a difference, and the cost was very reasonable. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Masoud is a great guy - friendly, polite, punctual and keeps everything clean and tidy. Serviced my boiler and flagged up a gas supply low pressure issue with gas networks, who subsequently came out and installed a new supply. There was a mysterious issue with my boiler after this - Masoud came back out multiple times at no extra cost and eventually solved the problem. Had an issue with our boiler, no hot water heating erratic , looked for an engineer local to our address , found Newcastle boiler maintenance , one call arranged a time , great communication , arrived early , extremely efficient , part replaced and boiler serviced , I would 100% reccomend this company , no call out charge , carries a huge range of parts on his van so was able to identify the issue and replace and repair without the need to go away to get the part. Masood maintains our boiler excellently and is always very polite, professional and knowledgeable when he’s here. Recently we called him for an emergency removal of a live pigeon from our chimney behind the gas fire. He fitted us in, coming very quickly and then was expert in his removal of the fire and the bird - who he safely released. He really saved the day, and even capped off the fire which we had been meaning to do for ages. He’s a lovely guy and top pro - we thoroughly recommend him!! ~ Rory C

Masoud was punctual, efficient and super competitively priced. He was so responsive and communicative from the moment we reached out, and his brilliant service only continued when he arrived! What an Excellent service from Newcastle Boiler Maintenance. Masoud came out extremely quickly to my boiler emergency. He was very patient and despite other problems springing up, he continued working to sort each problem out. I Had a problem with my boiler dropping pressure and not heating water I called Masood and he called the same day. He’s an excellent engineer very knowledgeable and very thorough and tidy and he shows you what’s gone wrong with boiler showing parts that have failed. An honest reliable and trustworthy guy who I wouldn’t hesitate to call again if I have another problem with my boiler in fact I will be using him for my boiler services from now. ~ andy c
